Purchases

Pricing and Availability

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT, according to the current VAT legislation. Prices listed on our website can be changed at any time without any notice. All product offers are valid until stock lasts.

We list availability information for products sold on our website, on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible if any products in you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.

Product information

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our website. Colors may also differ. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.

Payments

We will never ask for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information related with financial data. All payments are performed by credit card using a secure Gateway, bank deposit or Cash payment on delivery.

 

Delivery and Pick-up

We will deliver only within the island of Cyprus and will do so for all weekdays, except Sundays and holidays.

We currently offer 3 ways of delivering our products to you:

  • Pick-up from our store  (FREE) in 1-2 working days
  • Pick-up from any Akis/ ACS Courier pick-up point . Charges apply.
  • Home Delivery, using Akis/ ACS Courier, except some remote areas . Charges apply.
  • We will do our best to deliver your product within the time lines above. Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

We cannot take responsibility for order and delivery delays outside our liabilities or for delays that occur as a result of Acts of God (like fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Although we will never dispatch a product in damaged packaging, upon delivery or pick up, please always check carefully and make sure that the external packaging and the adhesive tape are intact, to avoid receiving faulty or non fully functioning product. After you sign to receive the product, you accept it as it is and you have no claim regarding the packaging and the general condition of the product.

Children

On our website we sell products for children. If you are under 18 you may only use our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Product Returns:

If you wish to return your item, just visit our store and bring the item with you, along with the purchase receipt, the packaging and all the things that were included. Bring everything to the customer care of the shop where they will be examined, and you will be notified whether they fit the return criteria according to the “Returns Policy”.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to return  products within 4days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from physical store and if approved unilaterally by our company.

Also, they have the right to return  products within 4 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from our online shop and if approved unilaterally by our company.

 

Mobile phones and Laptops/PC’s cannot be returned.

Purchases in store

  1. Unopened, unused and in the original packaging

The return can be done at the shop within 3 working days from the purchase date, along with the receipt. The product can be exchanged with a coupon or a similar product of the same value.  If they fit the return criteria

The return can be done at the shop within 3 working days from the purchase date, along with the receipt. In this case, the product will be checked by our Service department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange. The product can be exchanged with a coupon or a similar product of the same value.

Purchases from online shop

  1. Unopened, unused and in the original packaging

The return can be done at our shop  within 3 working days from the purchase date, along with the receipt. The product can be exchanged with a coupon or a similar product of the same value.

 

Opened, unused and in the original packaging

The return can be done at our shop within 3 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange. The product can be exchanged with a coupon or a similar product of the same value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How to cancel an online order

  • If you have chosen to Pick-up from the shop, you can cancel your order up to 1 working day, after the order confirmation date.
  • If you have chosen the Home Deliveryor the Pick-up from Akis / ACS Courier Pick up Point, you can cancel your order before the product is handed to the delivery service. After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order
